We ship across India and internationally. All orders are packed in rigid protective packaging to ensure the pad arrives flat and undamaged. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. KYOREN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control. For international orders, additional shipping charges and customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. KYOREN is not responsible for these fees, and they may be invoiced to you separately by the courier. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at support@kyorengg.com. Verified defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to moisture or heat, or any modifications made to the product.
KYOREN products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover: — Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents — Normal wear and tear — Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage — Products with removed or altered labels or packaging To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@kyorengg.com with your order details and a description of the defect.
